As part of the refocusing of its business, the Prologue Software group sold its holding in IMPACT Technologies (76.8%) to the holding company IMPACT Technologies Finance. This sale, which was finalised on 30 October 2003, was made by mutual agreement with Prologue, the group's new strategic axes no longer corresponding with IMPACT Technologies' development strategy and ambitions.

With this take-over of the control by IMPACT Technologies Finance, a holding company owned by the Management, IMPACT Technologies is entering into a new development phase confirming its positioning as a manufacturer of connectivity solutions. Today and even more so tomorrow, the real difference is and will be in the quality of the relationship and the confidence created with clients and partners.

We are firmly looking to the future and we intend to emphasise the quality of the solutions and services we provide to our clients. Our products offer reliability and upgradability and we undertake to continue with our investment so as to maintain the development of innovative products and added value for our clients over the long term.
